We would like to take this opportunity to outline the terms and conditions of our photography services to ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial engagement. Please note the following:

 

1. **Availability:** Our studio operates on a limited booking capacity each month to ensure each client receives our full attention and high-quality service.

 

2. **Payment Policy:** All payments made are non-refundable. It is essential to be certain of your booking before making a payment.

 

3. **Session Timing:** Sessions commence strictly at the scheduled booking time. Any delays caused by the client or their team will not result in an adjusted session time.

 

4. **Rescheduling:** Should you need to reschedule, we require a 24-hour notice. You may reschedule within a 14-day window, subject to a $30 rebooking fee.

 

5. **Payment Due Date:** The second installment is due on the date of the photoshoot in order to receive photos in shared album.

 

6. **Promotion Codes:** If you have a promotion code, it must be applied during the checkout process. Each code is valid for a single use only.

 

7. **Guest Policy:** Clients are permitted to bring up to two guests, making a total of three individuals on set, including models, makeup artists, or hairdressers.

 

8. **Health and Safety:** While masks are not mandatory, we prioritize health and hygiene during our sessions.

 

9. **Edit Selection:** Clients must select their desired edits within 48 hours of receiving the raw pictures and at least a week before their chosen deadline.

 

10. **Inquiries and Completion:** Kindly refrain from inquiring about the status of edits. Doing so will result in a $25 fee, unless an estimated completion time has been provided in the package description. Raw copies should not be posted publicly until edited versions are received.

 

11. **Tardiness Fee:** A $30 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.

 

12. **Rights to Material:** Clients receive partial rights to all materials produced. Full rights can be acquired for an additional purchase.

 

13. **Use of Images:** The photographer retains the right to use any photographs for promotional purposes.

 

14. **Editing Timeline:** The standard editing timeline ranges from 1-4 weeks, with extensive edits taking up to 2 months. Rush editing services are available for an additional fee, ranging from $50 to $100, based on the volume and turnaround time. For example 6 edits with rush editing will take 24hrs, 12 edits with rush editing will take 48hrs. Keep in mind each edit takes on average 1hr 30mins to review and complete.

 

15. **Data Retention:** Raw copies are retained for 15 days post-shoot, and no edits will be undertaken after 30 days. To procure edits beyond this period, a new shoot must be booked or copyrights purchased.

 

16. **Age Restrictions:** Consumption of alcohol or marijuana on the premises is strictly for individuals aged 21 and over. Clients must be 18 or older to book a photoshoot.

 

17. **Acceptance of Terms:** A verbal agreement or deposit payment signifies your acceptance of these terms.

 

18. **Photographer Lateness:** In the unlikely event that the photographer is late, an option to reschedule is provided, however, refunds are not available as all sales are final.
