Please confirm your booking decisively. **Session Timing:** Sessions start at the booked time. Client-induced delays won't extend the session. **Rescheduling:** A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling, within 14 days, subject to a $30 fee. **Payment Due Date:** Final payments are collected on the shoot day. Access to photos is contingent upon this payment. **Promotion Codes:** Single-use codes must be applied during checkout. **Guest Policy:** Up to two guests per client are welcome on set. **Health and Safety:** We prioritize a hygienic environment; masks are optional. **Edit Selection:** Choose edits within 48 hours of receiving raw images and one week before your deadline. **Inquiries and Completion:** Avoid edit status inquiries to prevent a $25 charge, unless a timeline is specified. **Tardiness Fee:** Late arrivals incur a $30 fee for every 15-minute delay. **Rights to Material:** Clients get partial rights; full rights are purchasable. **Use of Images:** Images may be used by the photographer for promotion. **Editing Timeline:** Expect 1-4 weeks for standard edits, up to 2 months for extensive ones. Rush services are available for an additional $50-$100, depending on urgency and quantity. **Data Retention:** Raw images are kept for 15 days; unclaimed edits after 30 days need a new shoot or copyright purchase. **Age Restrictions:** Alcohol or marijuana consumption is permitted for guests 21+, booking is open to individuals 18+. **Acceptance of Terms:** Your verbal consent or deposit confirms these terms. **Photographer Lateness:** If the photographer is late, rescheduling is an option, but sales are final—no refunds.
